The actual square on the mount that goes into the camera itself was too big. However, I figured that when I bought it, so I carefully filed it down until it fit and then used a little black electrical tape to keep it tight. Worked like a charm. I don’t care at all what it looks like, it works great and the suction cup stays on the window perfect. Best part: there were two, so if this one breaks, I can do the same to the other one but I don’t expect it to break!!

Sorry I don't have a photo here because the product is currently in my car upon the window where I left it. I've used a lot of window suction cups in this one definitely sticks over and over and over again as I use it for my work vehicle and my private vehicle. I had to shave the top portion down to fit another camera on it and it shaves pretty easily with a nail file. I thought it would be a cheap product and figured it was an expensive enough To try and happy I did because it works as advertised.

I love how this product works just as advertised. I bought a Yi Smart Dash Camera to tryout and to use untill I can afford a more expensive dashcam. When I unboxed the Yi Smart Dash Camera it came with a mount that used (what seemed to be a heavy duty) adhesive to attach to my windshield. But for my job I use multiple different cars and I planned to put this camera in my rear window when I could afford a better one. With this suction cup mount I can move my dashcam where ever and when ever I want. The only thing I was worried about was the strength of the suction cup, which I soon found out after unboxing that the suction cup is very strong and very sturdy.

Holds Good To Windshield

These suction cups hold really well to clean windshield. If I make sure to place flat against glass before pulling down suction cup lever, it doesn't drop off holding a dash cam. Good windshield cup holder

Totally recommend

I would recommend this for people who live in Midwest where the cold and heat really wear down your suction cup. Fits most major brands and feel better than the original they are super easy to swap out

YI Dashcam mounts

Not quite the same retention mechanism as the original YI dashcam mount, there's no slide release button it's just slid in there with a tight fit. It fits well, but makes removing the camera difficult without messing with the positioning on the mount every time. The original mount lets the camera slide off easily when you press slide release. Seems to stick very well to the window, even in a bouncy work truck.

Great mount so far

Bought this to replace the sticky tape mount that came with my dashcam. I've used it for a month so far, on very hot days, and it has remained in placed. The fact that it is so cheap and a two pack no less, makes it an excellent buy for the money. Hopefully it holds up. No complaints.
