Dưa leo rửa sạch, ngâm nước muối 15 phút sau đó thái lát tròn dày 2mm. Cho muối vào ướp khoảng 10 phút. Sau thời gian ướp dưa leo, đổ hết phần nước tiết ra, sau đó dùng tay vắt sơ phần dưa leo cho ra bớt nước.

Rong biển cho vào tô, thêm nước ấm ngâm 10 phút cho nở. Sau thời gian ngâm rong biển, đổ nước đi, vắt kiệt nước ở rong biển sau đó cho vào tô.

Trộn đều giấm, rượu mirin, nước tương để làm nước sốt. Cho dưa leo vào rong biển vào cùng nhau sau đó đổ nước sốt vào. Trộn đều lên rồi rắc mè trắng rang là xong.
